Sidney Schutte is the executive chef of Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam and the two Michelin star restaurant Spectrum. Originally from Zeeland, the documentary follows Sidney seaside to an oyster farm where he sources ingredients directly from the ocean. This short but poignant film captures his stunning culinary creations as well as his dedication to sourcing biological produce.
